Billing questions
When am I charged?
You start with a free 7-day trial and no card is required. You're only charged when you decide to keep OctoMail and subscribe.
What happens when my trial ends?
OctoMail keeps collecting and recording your incoming inquiries, but pauses AI qualification and automatic replies. When you subscribe, it unlocks your recent held leads so you can pick up where you left off.
How do I cancel?
In two clicks, from Settings, through the secure billing portal. Your subscription stops at the end of the paid period. Cancelling OctoMail never touches your Gmail account or your emails.
Why is Canadian pricing different?
Canadian customers are billed in Canadian dollars at $129 CAD/month or $1,159 CAD/year, so there are no surprise exchange rates or foreign transaction fees on your statement.
Are there tiers or per-seat fees?
No. One flat plan with everything included, connected to one Gmail inbox per account. Support for multiple inboxes is on the roadmap.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, anytime from the billing portal in Settings. The annual plan works out to about three months free compared to paying monthly.
